1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at consistentcharacterai.pro, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service and Generated Assets

The website interface, software, branding, and documentation remain protected materials. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of that software or grant permission to redistribute it.

Generated images and videos are distinct from the website software. You may use downloaded outputs in personal and commercial projects, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for reference images you upload. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights; review them before publishing.

Credits and Subscriptions

Generation requires credits. The cost is shown before you start a run. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; you can manage your subscription in Billing. Review the price, billing interval, and credit allowance at checkout. For billing questions or a failed generation, contact support@consistentcharacterai.pro.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Consistent Character AI's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Consistent Character AI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Consistent Character AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Consistent Character AI's website, even if Consistent Character AI or a Consistent Character AI authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
